Suitable for: Organisations building a strong foundation and a clear plan to stay compliant and funder-ready.
Scope of Work: Review of registration docs, 12A/80G/CSR-1 status, financial documents (last 3 years), audit reports, identification of gaps, and a prioritised action plan.

3. Complete Care (Cost: Custom pricing based on services selected)

What it is: 6 months of end-to-end compliance support including bookkeeping, TDS management, ROC filings, and audit coordination.
Suitable for: Organisations needing ongoing support to manage all compliance requirements.
Scope of Work: Monthly bookkeeping, TDS filing, secretarial/ROC filings, audit coordination, plus any additional compliance work as agreed.
